Go on an unforgettable outdoor adventure through one of the most breathtaking valleys in the Swiss Alps—Rosenlaui!

Just 35 km from Interlaken, deep in the heart of the Jungfrau region, lies the untouched and awe-inspiring Rosenlaui Valley. This e-bike adventure takes you on a journey through dramatic mountain landscapes, past waterfalls, glaciers, and historic landmarks, offering some of the most incredible views in the region.

Our e-bike trip starts at the famous Reichenbach Falls (969 m), known for its thundering cascades and connection to Sherlock Holmes. From here, we ride towards Grosse Scheidegg, following a scenic route through lush meadows, dense forests, and along mountain streams. Towering above us stands the impressive Wellhorn (3191 m), a striking peak that adds to the beauty of our surroundings.

After a pleasant ride, we arrive at a traditional Swiss farm near the historic Rosenlaui Hotel (1330 m), a beautifully preserved alpine lodge dating back to 1862. Here, we take a break to sample fresh Swiss cheese and other homemade products, offering a true taste of Alpine culture.

Just above the hotel, we visit the spectacular Rosenlaui Glacier Gorge (Gletscherschlucht Rosenlaui), a natural wonder carved by the relentless force of glacial waters. Following a well-secured path, we walk past roaring waterfalls, mysterious caves, and bizarre rock formations shaped over thousands of years. The power of nature is felt in every rushing stream and swirling pool, creating an unforgettable experience.

Back on our e-bikes, we continue to the historic Säge Schwarzwaldalp (1449 m), a beautifully restored alpine sawmill where you can catch a glimpse of Switzerland’s traditional craftsmanship. From here, the route climbs towards Grosse Scheidegg, rewarding us with some of the most breathtaking views in the Swiss Alps.

At Grosse Scheidegg, we take a well-earned break and soak in the panoramic views of Grindelwald and the towering peaks of Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau (4158 m). Here, you have the option to enjoy a meal at a cozy mountain restaurant or find a peaceful spot to enjoy your packed lunch while taking in the stunning surroundings. Whether you choose to meditate, relax, or simply breathe in the crisp mountain air, this is a moment to truly disconnect and appreciate the wild beauty of the Alps.

After lunch, we begin our descent back down the valley, offering new perspectives and sights we may have missed on the way up. As we ride, the landscape continues to surprise us with hidden waterfalls, alpine wildlife, and pristine nature.

If time allows, we have the option to visit Reichenbach Falls at the end of the tour, letting you witness the dramatic drop of these legendary waters up close.

Throughout the entire trip, you’ll be surrounded by the raw beauty of the Swiss Alps, capturing incredible moments and taking in the magic of untouched nature.
